Be more sensual

I’m pretty effing sensual. :D It took practice and continually becoming more comfortable in my own skin. I want to be more sensual, to feel more, to use my senses more, but it involves being open to what does come in, what I do touch and what touches me. Sure, I can enjoy seeing a pretty girl on the bus, smelling her perfume, but for me it also involves experiencing the homeless person on the bus, his or her appearance, and all my other senses’ experience. I want to be more sensual in everything I do. I want to enjoy my body and its interaction with the world around me. This is a multifaceted goal.

I want to be more in touch with my personal sexuality. However, I didn’t use the word sexual on purpose. I feel that sunsuality is more about how I feel rather than how other people feel about me.

In addition, I would like to be more in tune with senses overall. To enjoy the smell, texture and taste of a strawberry. To savor the sound of the fall leaves that rustle in the wind. To notice my own touch when I shower. 6 years ago
