I am an artistic person. I have created story boards… I have editing skills… and so on. I think the film industry is the place for me.. and I would love nothing more to become a director and create a film one day. :)

i wanna make a bunch of war movies when i grow up!

If I have one ultimate goal of my professional/artistic life it is to adapt a script (either of my own or another) to a film and have it be well received, well remembered, and to permanently establish me into the history of great cinema makers.

“i have always been fascinated with movies.. with acting, with cinematography, in choosing the perfect theme song, or putting the right lighting, in capturing the emotion of a moment into film.. i want to be able to do something that portrays life.. its beauty, its grandness.. i want to be able to let my viewers see a different perspective and realize that it is possible.. i want to share life to them.. i want to inspire.. i want life to unravel itself and i want them to be fascinated by it.. i think directing is a huge responsibility.. imagine knowing where everything is supposed to be.. its art on its own and its a science as well.. it would be a dream come true to be given a chance to translate a written story into moving pictures..

I would like to be a director becouse i have alot of fab ideas. Also i am a good actress and i would like to be an actress i am such a drama queen and i can so act.so if you give me a onece in a lifetime chance to be a good director you will not regret it thank you

I wanted to be a director since i was in 7th grade, and as a sophmore last year, i made my first “real” movie. It was different than class projects before because is was 30 minutes long, had a script, cast actors, and i was making art, not just a project. So far, it has been one of my best experiences, and it re-affirms my goal to be a big-time director. If you’ve always wanted to make a movie, its not that hard, just go out and do it one day.

We have a theater company called Kapolei Complex Drama Club, and I assistant directed their show, Annie Jr. It was a Jr. production (it was shortened, since the cast was mostly kiddos), but it was still a crazy directoral experience, and I even got the chance to block scenes and musical numbers. I was nervous that I’d screw up, but I guess I did a fairly good job, cause the director never complained, haha.
