I started journalling more than 10 years ago, and loved it immediately. There was a period where I nearly gave it up altogether, but I’ve gotten back into the habit again, and it’s just as satisfying as when I first started. 6 years ago

Hopefully I’ll be able to keep this up this time. My journal’s been sitting on my bedside table collecting dust…there’s really no reason why I didn’t open it up.
Since there’s so much to journal, I’ve structured the pages so that each entry takes a double-sided page. Front is for my regular daily journal (thoughts on life and such), the margin is a running log. The back side is a food journal of what I ate for the day.
Ideally, this’ll work for more than 24 hours. We’ll see tomorrow. 7 years ago
