start a web design business

Wouldn’t exactly call this a “business,” but I have my first paying customer! Pretty exciting, right?

Since we are a small group of 13 (including me) that want to start our own web design business, what do you all think about starting a little web group.

We email each other design/coding advice, share RSS/bookmarks, and legal advice.

I know for certain, before I go out to create sites for the public, I want to register with the Better Business Bureau. I want to be totally legit in this.
Also, what about paying taxes?
Copyright and/or Trademark our name? logo? etc?

I have been doing this for myself since 2002. I’m thinking of starting a business designing sites for others.

I started my web development agency at the age of 11. Now at 15, I have made so many websites and made lots of money on the way. One peice of advice, use your head ;)
