I hate being the overweight dietetic student 9 months ago

My goal is the be a RD specializing in Weight loss. This is largely due to my friends and family being overweight. I had always been the thin and athletic one. My best friend says she would have listened to the RD she was seeing if she had looked healthy and not too thin.

I decided to gain weight. It has taken me two pregnancies and 3 yrs to put on 30 lbs. I started last week to lose the wieght. The thing I hate the most is the belly fat I have accumulated. Everyone says I carry my weight well but I don’t feel comfortable anymore.

I have started jogging/walking for 30 min a day and doing ab workouts every morning. Also I’m on a low-fat sensible 2000 calorie diet. Fast food is a hard habit to break. I crave those fast foods and Starbucks.

I’m sixteen, just, and weigh 145 pounds, and i’m 6’5 – my belly is huge. It flops around. i’m not even kidding.

I used to be a lot slimmer, a lot better looking and a lot more confident. Now i’m beginning to feel fat creep in around my face, THE TIME HAS COME FOR ACTION. Hopefully I can lose a stone in five months, or lose at least two inches.

I’m so tired of being fat…not huge just always uncomfortable. I cannot stand tight pants and the back fat anymore. I want tomorrow to be the first full day that I do things different. I have to stop makeing excuses and just stick to it. i am soooooo self conscience about it I hate it~

I am a mother and a wife. My life is very busy.. I am a full time premed student, a published author and I volunteer for my church, and not to mention all of my duties at home. I have always weighed 135-140 pounds, until I hit 38. Now I weigh about 170 and its all in my belly. I go to the gym at 4-5 days a week. I do weight training and also cardio. I have begun running with my daughter, but none of it is working. Please help!!!
