I love making home-made sushi. It’s for rare occasions as it’s time consuming and difficult. I find it only works out when I take a rigorous zen approach to the preparation, get in the right frame of mind, and work really slowly and methodically at it. The results don’t match up to any half decent sushi restaurant for presentation, but IT’S VERY TASTY. I would love to learn how to do this from an expert one day.
