How I did it: I saved up money for a few months, went online and purchased tickets, and then went to the concert on August 1st! :)That's really about all I did in order to attend the concert. But 43things.com makes you have 150 characters as a minimum in this section. Which is completely ridiculous, in my opinion. So now I'm typing for no reason...fun, eh? Read how I did it…

i went out and bought bullet in a bible and watched it, but it just wasn’t the same.

i got to go to a green day concert for my 13th b-day! it was on september 19th, 2005. It was sooo fuckin awesome!!! i am going to another one someday 4 sure! the music was great. it was so cool that they were in the same room. they were sooo good.i want to meet them soo bad. a teenage girl plyed guitar really good, she got 2 keep his guitar.i wish it was me! i had the time of my life! it is a wonderful memory that i will take with me till i die. so 2 anyone who wants to or is thinking about it, if u do you will love it!

It was fantastic and amazing and glorious. I felt a bit out of place as most of the people there were 13 year olds who listen to american idiot on the radio and think they’re fans. I am a true fan and knew all the words to all the songs they played… it was amazing. The American Idiot tour is the best yet because they have the charisma and energy of the early years, plus the crazed teeny-bopper crowd. Awesome.
