    Bike Path 3 years ago

This morning I took some snaps of the old factory building that the bike path runs by. It looks big and kind of scary in the picture, but you really can’t see how large it truly is. This is only the side that faces the path, it goes on for about two more blocks back.

It has been abandoned since ever I can remember, but someone bought it recently and they’re doing some kind of work on it. So far, this has consisted almost entirely of blowing holes in the outside walls. I’ll keep taking pictures if they make any progress.

Photos at Night 3 years ago

I packed my camera when I went to the movies today (go to the movies alone) and I snapped some pictures of the city at night. Most of them look terrible, but a couple of them are kind of interesting.

    Untitled 3 years ago

Gabriel and I went to the office in New York this Friday to square away some problems with the console on the server rack (the console isn’t working). I remembered to brink my camera, but, sadly, I forgot that I had it until nearly the end of the day. Still, I made a pointing of snapping a couple pix.

Keeping the camera close by 3 years ago

I have clevery decided to make my camera a regular part of the gear I stow away in my bicycle’s saddelbags. I’m hoping that, in combination with ride a bicycle more often, I’ll get some more pictures taken.

Capturing my world 3 years ago

I’ve had my digital camera for about a year and a half now, but I still find myself falling into the old “save the film for really good pictures because it costs money to develop them” mentality. I need to remind myself that it’s not going to cost me any money to take digital photos!

I’m trying to remember to bring my camera with me when my husband and I go on our long walks, and take shots of anything that interests me. Whether or not they turn out, at least I’ll get into the habit of using my camera and I’ll learn more about how it works… and it won’t cost me a dime!
