I want to lose 40 kilos in 20 months.
Today I am weighing 104,2 kg.
By the end of August 2009, I want to weigh 64 kilos.
On my 27th birthday, I want to weigh 64 kilos.
So, what do I want to do to achieve this?
first steps:
- keep track of my weight
- have a healthy breakfast: muesli with low fat yoghurt + milk and an apple
- go for a 1-mile-walk daily
- go swimming at least once a week
