I have found it hard lately to get up before noon. Usually it’s at like 3 to 5pm. It’s ruining my summer and is not making me a happy person. Once I master this huge problem, my life will start to get better.

Since I got a job, I now have to wake up at 6:40am every weekday, and 7:40am every weekend. Exept the two weekdays I get off, which I normally sleep until 12 on. :-)

I’ve having to been getting up early since my shifts have been starting at 8 AM. It sucks

Lately I feel like I’m sleeping my life away.
I started by reanding books about starting the day earlier. I knew it’s good, but I just couldn’t do it. But one saturday night, my friend ditched me for a party, and got nothing to do which sucked. So I decided to do totally opposite thing to what I was supopsed to do; party until morning, trashed, sleep in, waste sunday, so went to bed early (11pm) and woke up at 5am, then went jogging, cook big meal and had it at the park which felt so nice! I’m addiced to it. It just feels nice and right. For my surprise, it actually doesn’t require any effort. I naturally wake up early and happy.
Anyone who wants to try this, just try to wake up 2hrs early for 3days. Then things will follow.
