This is a picture of me taken last April 2007. I was 16.5 stone. I was around 70lbs over weight. I now weigh just under 12 stone.. I have lost around 56lbs. I guess that by April I will be 10.5 to 11 stone and will have lost most of the 70 lbs. I have not dieted. I have gone back to what I used to do when I was fit and healthy around 8 years ago. I eat sensibly and exercise. The only thing I did cut out all together was chocolate and I have not missed it!!
Keep on going and you will get there. Dont concentrate on loosing weight rather aim to get healthy. As soon as you start to exercise the weight will start to come off as long as you dont pig out too much. Just get out for half an hour walk which leaves you slightly short of breath as you do it. Do that each day if you can and you will see results.

I have been doing well these last couple of months.

I was actually 16.5 stone when I started and am now below 14 stone. Thats 2.5 stone in 3 months. Ideally I would like to be 13 stone by the end of August. That would leave 2 stone to go (28lbs). Have lost 35lbs. Total will be around 63lbs…..woooohooo!!!!

Ok soo. Right now I weigh 160. I lost 10 pounds… But I gained it back.. I know Im doing something wrong.
Like for example : at the beginning i was eating lots of fruits & veggies but then i began to eat less and more less.

Anyways I work for 3 hrs at the gym/ 5Days a week which includes 30 minutes of weight-training to tone up also.

Now I think my problem is also that, Im eating chinese food take-out EVERY SATURDAY. Is that bad?

Please I need some tips & advice

My goal is to reach 110 pounds so i need to lose about 50 pounds to do that.

Yesterday I did buy strawberries,bluberries, bananas, apples and grapes and some carrots ,lettuce, cucumber & milk.

Please I need advice.

Do u think i should stop eating chinese take-out..?

I have decided to add this goal…. as it is where I am at now. I was nearly 16 stone…. I am now 14stn 9lbs. My target is 11 stone. So 3.5 stone to go ( give or take a few pounds) I wont update this goal often as my main one is lose weight and regain fitness.



Ask for advice: Get help from people who've accomplished this goal
