How I did it: Well, first of all. I am a wolf therian, so no I'm not insane for doing this. XD
So you just gotta wait for a nice full moon and go outside and howl. Remember, howling is like singing, but more emotional (and wolfish lol) because it's like pouring out your feelings to the stars and the moon. The best part- no one understands howls! It's totally personal. :P
