    Today was 112.4. I think that is due to the past 2 days of not having an appetite. However, it can back in full force today. But yeah, eating light helps.

    Thursday was: homemade breakfast burrito, fresh juice
    Friday: latte + bagel, panera bread (broccoli cheddar soup + panini)

    I went from 114 to 112. I think it was because my tummy was so empty. Going through relationship things so yeah, not the happiest times over here. :(

    Today’s weight was 114.4. Feeling so much better and I seriously think not eating out as frequently helps!

    I’m still eating all of the foods I want to and last night I made Chunky Corn Chowder, it was so good! And I’ve been making grilled sandwiches on wheat. I haven’t been 114 (I think) since before joining my gym back in July. I can still tell my body is not as toned up as it was back in March though when I was doing the 30 Day Shred and eating lightly. But I feel great being under 115 again…now to get to 113 again. I’m telling you I totally took weighing 112-113 for granted! And also I’d like to slim back down because I’m going to have to start wearing jeans again!

    Weight today was 115.6! YAY!

    Yesterday I ate randomly and actually pretty poorly—dinner at least with yucky outta the box mac n cheese. Don’t know how I liked it as a kid. Anyway I’m going to a Bible study group now where we talk about our food and health and I learned so much last night. Hoping I can go next week too. I feel so much more optimistic lately and am going to yoga tonight. :)

    Weight today was 117.6 but I am actually going to focus on it and see where I can be by next week. I can’t believe now that at 112 I was taking it for granted.

    I’d like to aim for 114 as my first goal.

    Wow so it’s been a solid 2 months since writing in this goal. Today I weighed 115.8 on my BF’s scale. So I’ve gained 3.6 lbs I suppose. I probably have as I haven’t seen 112 in quite some time. I’m just going to keep loving and accepting my body for what it CAN do though. And tell it to release those last pounds asap—haha.

    Food:
    -juice with 1 green apple, celery, cucumber, lime, and parsley
    -1 cup tomato bisque w/ 2 raisin cinnamon english muffins and mozzarella (kinda like a grilled cheese, yum)
    -bowl of grapes

    Tonight I will make a salad since I just bought groceries and maybe a nectarine for dessert.

    UPDATE: 9/15/09, weight: 115 evennn!

    yesterday i ate:
    -small bowl of cereal
    -5 cups of water, 3 cups light cranberry juice, 2 cups water later that night
    -grapes
    -minestrone soup
    -2 slices of 9 grain petite loaf bread
    -strawberries
    -leftover chex cereal as a snack on my way to the gym
    -tomato soup at home with mini saltine crackers

    sounds like a lot but it was actually a lot lighter than normal…it showed too on the scales today because i was 115 and yesterday i was 117.6. quite a difference…going to semi-repeat it today and see how it goes.

    9/18/09, Weight: 115.0

    yay I’ve been maintaining for awhile now. let’s see if i can hit below 115 now…
    food:
    -life cereal
    -1/4 cupcake
    -coucous
    -lunch was split: nachos and cobb salad
    -2 cupcakes at work (co-worker’s b-day)
    -dinner: broccoli/corn soup, few baguette pieces
    -activia yogurt
    -red apple

    yesterday’s food was a lot heavier than it has been but didn’t feel deprived and quite full all day.



    7/09 food 6 months ago

    Today was 112.2. Down a pound from yesterday!

    So far I’ve had:
    -fresh juice with 4 carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 3 strawberries, 1 apple, handful of spinach (it made 2.5 cups!!!)
    -english muffin sandwich w/ turkey, cheddar, greens, mustard
    -spinach salad with feta & black pepper & dressing
    -1&1/2 slices of pizza
    tonight is outback with friends—definitely not expecting a loss tomorrow! ;p

    Today I was 113.2! Down .6 from yesterday – wow.

    Today I had:
    -green monster
    -english muffin sandwich
    -big bowl of bananas/strawberries/grapes
    -another bowl with nectarine + strawberries
    -mini saltines
    -chicken soup & rice
    -2 newman’s own mint sandwich cookies

    Today I was 113.8! Down from 115 yesterday. I’ll definitely take it. ;) I credit it to eating light.

    Today I’ve had:
    -green monster
    -watermelon & cherries
    -saltines
    -english muffin sandwich
    -chicken soup & rice
    -can’t remember what else….?

    -bowl of chex & reese’s cereal w/ 2% milk (couple of them!)
    -grapes & cherries
    -chicken soup with rice
    -crackers & cheese
    -angel food cake

    Here’s a little reflection though:

    About a month ago, I was feeling really ill from all the foods I’d eaten and for 3 days straight I ate fruits, vegetables, salads, almonds, raw corn chips and juiced a lot too. I remember I went from 114 to 110 in a few days. Not saying that’s the right way but I think a lot of the weight was just food that needed to get through my system and all the fiber from the foods I was eating was great. I also had a ton of energy.

    Maybe a trip to Sam’s for produce is in order!
