How I did it: The most important thing was to make foreign language study a permanent part of my lifestyle. That's why choosing a particular learning method is so important. Once you have a method you like you can use it for various languages. I also started out attempting to learn 5 languages, it helps to shoot a bit higher than your actual goal.
Keep studying, be a part of the culture you are learning about (as much as possible) and relax.

I want to learn at least three more languages, i always wish i knew what other people are talking about or be able to talk with people in their native tounge.

I understand Spanish but do not speak it well. I know enough Korean to get by, but cant read it. Although you can learn to read Korean in about 2 days. And I know about 500 words in Arabic. So I will improve on those.

English doesn’t count!
I’m pretty good with German.
But the little French, and some Spanish I know are hardly enough to communicate with at all.
Also I’m thinking Russian, such a cool sound!

I know English.
I kind of know Spanish.
And I’m learning Mandarin Chinese.
Half way there!

...I could learn Russian, Chinese and French, they’re so different, I know… but why not! =)
