"Simple routine, but amazing results!"
How I did it: I picked a simple routine, that I could stick to, even if I was a little tired. I increased the intensity or took a yoga class, if I felt more energy. It's really not the exercise, that counts in yoga, although that's a nice benefit too. Most improtantly, yoga connects mind, body and spirit. It makes you feel calm, and gives you energy to pursue other goals.
There were late nights, when I didn't feel like doing it. I was sleepy and tired, but once I started doing a couple of poses, I always found it worthwhile to go through the whole routine.
Lessons & tips: Find a good routine. You can use a video or a book, or a combination. You can also get unlimited membership in a yoga studio for a month, and go every single day. Do very simple postures maybe once or twice a week, if your muscles get tired, just to stretch out a bit and to keep the routine going.
