How to sPORT!
How I did it: I signed up for a tennis camp and i am going back soon though. I learned the names of the lines on the court i learned how to take score and also play a mini game.
Lessons & tips: Never give up it takes time.

I really need more structure in my days. I spend too much time in bed (alone sob) and in front of the computer.
Don’t know if sport would really help there, but I hope it does. And it helped me get over one of those “nobody likes me”-phases once. And i wouldn’t mind loosing one or two kilos.
