Peregrine_Slinger is in love but insane
Well I’ve been doing at least something every day- it started with just sit ups and push ups, lifting a bar with really high reps and low weight, eating correctly and managing myself. I ran a couple of days this summer but no where near as much as I would have liked. Regardless, for 90% of the summer I’ve done something to break a sweat at least once every day, and to get my arms sore, stronger, and ripped.
I am now capable of doing 100 situps without really having to stop for more than a second half way through, and can even do them Shaolin Conditioning Styled.
Then I took some more Kung Fu classes and gained enough knowledge to really take my working out to the next level, so hopefully I’ll keep up with this trend- staying healthy doesn’t require a gym, just a lot of sit ups and pushups, and if you’re watching TV it really don’t take much.
