Luda For every thing there is a season
I am doing so much better with this now. I deal with things as they come most of the time and it made a difference.
I think at the end of each day I should write a list of the things I know I can feasibly achieve tomorrow. Haha, that sounds like the ultimate ‘putting stuff off’, but if I could focus better on a manageable amount, rather than trying to cram too much into each day, I’d probably have a better chance of getting things moving.

This goal would require a lot of self discipline since the only things I put off is the unpleasant tasks. I like to fill my days with the activities I actually enjoy and/or very beneficial and when the day is over I am tired to do anything else. So I have done some searching and found that I don’t have to put a lot of time into these unpleasant tasks by practicing Zen habits. Doing little bit each day (if time is not of the essence) will get these tasks accomplished without being overwhelmed or overly bored.

“what I can do today” – be realistic, I can’t do everything & even if I did, I still wouldn’t feel satisfied that I completed it.
