Set in Stone by Linda Newbery tells the story of a young artist who is requested to teach at an old mansion. Here he unravels great secrets about the family that lives there.

I found Brida, written by Paulo Coelho, very interesting and enjoyable for the way it presents a mystical world.

Written by Kurt Vonnegut, A Man Without a Country is a collection of short stories and essays that present the author’s opinion on many things. I found it at times amusing and sometimes very serious. It’s definitely a good read.

A fascinating book, it presents a lot of interesting matters that were tackled in Stargate – one of my favourite tv-series
