I have not had that hard of a time doing this…
because I am not a big bread eater…
so I do not miss it!
:D
I feel better~ and I plan on continuing to eat in
this “healthier” way for me!!!!!
I still want to get more creative with my food~
but I will try new recipes etc. once I am finished with my paper…
step by step….
it’s all good!!!
:D

So far~ So Good
I actually feel a difference ~
I can’t actually pinpoint the feeling,
except to say… feeling physically well.
I went to the local Health Food Store callled
Henry’s (love that place) and bought
Gluten Free items….
they are expensive and some look horrible…
but overall my bill was not that high and
I did find many yummy things as well….
I will continue on!
I am not a big bread lover so that part is not
hard for me…
it’s more finding out where the Gluten is and
avoiding that
but I think I like it!!!!

Gluten is a special type of protein that is commonly found in rye, wheat, and barley. Therefore, it is found in most types of cereals and in many types of bread. Not all foods from the grain family, however, contain gluten.
Examples of grains that do not have gluten include wild rice, corn, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, quinoa, teff, oats, soybeans, and sunflower seeds.
