I hate going to bed early, and by early I mean before 23.30.
I just don’t know how to fall asleep. Most nights I lie awake for hours, just staring into my celeing. Too tired to read, write or do anytign at all, but my mind refuses to shut down. I know a lot of people go trough the events of the day over and over agian, but I am more of a “day”dreamer. My mind coming up with future parties, specail meetings and romantic moments..

I really would love to fall asleep faster. I have had this problem for years, more than ten years in fact. I am awe struck when people tell me it takes them 5-10 minutes to fall asleep. Maybe I could fall asleep that fast, if I was on sleeping pills. Oh a regular night it takes me a good hour or so to fall asleep; of course some nights are more, and some nights are less.
I am not sure how I am going to reach this goal, as it is something I have struggled with for years… but it would be a dream come true (ha ha) if it even just took me 15 minutes to fall asleep.
