How to memorize 100 digits of Pi
It made me
mathematical
 "It's a random talent that people don't normally believe. I like to prove them wrong and impress them further with the speed I can do this in."
How I did it: My calculus teacher was telling us a story of how his stupid friend had wasted so much time memorizing 100 digits of Pi. I thought to myself, "I could memorize more than that in a day," and so I have. I printed off a piece of paper with about 300 digits of Pi and started learning each number a row at a time. It was easier to memorize when I divided numbers into groups that has a nice rhythm or pattern to it. So now I know over 300 digits of Pi. I can also recite the first 100 digits in 15 seconds or less. |

How I did it: my friend Kevin introduced me to a song called Pi by Hard N Phirm on youtube. i instantly became interested and bought the song on iTunes. for the next 4 days i listened to the song on repeat for hours and easily memorized the 160 digits of pi they recite rhythmically haha Read how I did it…

I’ve memorized 162 digits of pi. I would have thought memorizing lots of numbers would be hard, it’s harder to believe how easy it is. I’m making a new more ambitious goal now.

I’ve got 102 digits in my short term memory. Didn’t take very long at all. Now the test will be to see if I can still recite them all a week from now.
