Well i bought the first version of the Dvd last week and tried it out on saturday morning when my boyfriend was at work. I only got through the work out and the first dance and i was so tired. i felt like it was so great it worked my whole body. I mean im not the fittest thing and it worked me. Im gonna work on doing the first dance before i move on to the next dance.
We dont have many decent strip clubs here but i do cheer the girls who do it. all the practice on getting their routines here. Pole Dancing classes have only just been introduced here but not where im living – gutted.
I want to get fit and give my man a kick out of it too. im sure he will love it :)

Okay…so the girls at the stip clubs look awesome and they’re obviously really strong to be able to do the things they do. I’m not looking to be a size 2…or even a size 10…I’m just looking for a little boost in my own condfidence and something that will make me feel a little sexy.
