How I did it: I actually kinda consider myself a computer whiz :) and I was just clicking around and I found that I was learning how to use it and I ended up making my Theatre Team slideshow with it and it turned out AMAZING!

Lessons & tips: Just read the help stuff and watch the video tutorials online! Be open :)

    Heading over to Apple store for next 1 on 1 session 15 months ago

    Anyone else visiting any Apple store in the Boston area? Want to TweetUp before, after, or between 1 on 1 appointments to push each other to continue to practice / learn how to use iMovie?

    This will be my second or third session, and it seems like I keep starting over each time. Need to create and sustain a sense of progress.

    Well, I managed to figure out that I first need to convert the videos from our Sony camera into a different file format. I am using iSquint (from Apple) to convert everything and have finally uploaded some footage. Many people have recommended that I watch the tutorials on Apple’s website so that sounds like a great next logical step. Onward!
