How I did it: I first got my ears pierced when I was about 7. I wore simple studs but eventually had to stop wearing them after a year due to school. The holes closed up, and at around 15 I decided I wanted them pierced again. I went to the same jewellers as before and had it done. About a year after that I had my lobe pierced a second time.Being a somewhat shy and withdrawn person, I never really appreciated having my ears pierced when I was younger. … Read how I did it…

How I did it: I think the biggest help was to take friends along for moral support. I was the only one in the group without pierced ears. David and I had a dinner to go to the next day, and I thought it would be great to wear nice ear rings to it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was in about fifth grade when I finally got my ears pierced. (Like I said, it took me long enough) Tired of having to either wear clip-ons or live my life with nude earlobes, I asked my mom if we could look into ear-piercing. Sure enough, within a week of proposing the idea we headed over to Claire's.Getting your ears pierced hurts about as much as an eyebrow waxing, or having someone with sharp nails briefly pinch you… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I made an appointment, then less than a week later I went in, left ear first, then right. It didn't hurt very bad, and I have THE lowest threshold for pain. The lady who did it used a gun, but I didn't look at it. You know, because I'm a big chicken. I have to turn the earrings often, which isn't a big deal. It doesn't hurt to turn them. My ears are a little sore, but it's only been about three days. I'll have to keep these same ones in f… Read how I did it…

Lauren is ready for another great day!
I have a low tolerance for pain. And the idea of sticking a sharp object through my earlobes is scary! I still want to do it…
the closest i ever got to this was when i was 8 years old my mom took me and my sister to go and get our ears pierced my sister was 5 at the time she went first and after hers i was just too nervous and chickened out then like a year ago i thought about it again and then i did nothing about it and i thought if i got my boyfriend to go with me i would be more braver but it never happened i never asked… so maybe this year now i am 20 i will do it :)
I have tried this and failed! three times. Every single time my ears get super irritated and puffy and red, and I finally have to give up and take the piercing out. I was talking to a couple of friends who are into piercing, and they both suggested I get it done at an actual piercing studio and not the piercing place in the mall.:) So I’m going to try that soon!
I love them :) they look so pretty. I’m so happy I did this. Now I just have to take care of them and make sure they don’t get infected for 8 weeks.
I’m getting them pierced on Wednesday! finally! I’m going with my sister, we both want to get it done :)
I’ll write how it went in a few days
I was in the shopping center with my mum and saw Claires, decided I wanted my ears peirced. It was sore for about a minute and then it was just like normal only with little gold things stuck in my ear lol. The only thing is, now that I can change my earrings I cant get the ones I changed them into out, coz Im scared Im going to pull my ear off and my mum hurts me when she does it!!!
I’m still thinking about doing this… I’m not afraid, I just don’t know if earings will look good on me.
