Its been 23 years…I think it might be time.
How I did it: I went to Claire's and they pierced my ears. They first cleaned my ear, made a marking on them both with marker, used the gun, and TA-DA! Pierced ears! I gotta admit something... I screamed! Ouch! It hurt!! Luckily, the pain didn't last long. After a couple minutes or so, it was like I didn't feel a thing. And two months later, I find it totally worth it, I can wear different types of earrings now. I'm so happy! Read how I did it…
How I did it: My dad is certainly not going to like it, which is why it took me so long to get around to, despite wanting earrings for forever. Good thing I'm old enough not to mind! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had my ears pierced when I was five. I really wanted them done. When I was seven I had them pierced again and I have never regretted it since. Now at twenty I'm really glad that I had this done. Read how I did it…

How I did it: After a million and one delays, I finally just went to Claire's and they did it. Make sure you have your ID! hahahaha. I didn't, so I ran home and got it. Easy peasy. Read how I did it…
vwruleschick is looking forward to the weekend(again)!
How I did it: This was an ongoing arguement with my mom and I for a number of years. I finally got them and was pleased when I did get them at 15. It allowed me to express myself better. Wear earrings that reflected my personality and feel better about myself. There was a time that I wanted my whole lobe pierced, but decided that I only wanted one set of holes in my ears. Simple, yet elegant. Read how I did it…
Moose "Bork!"
at the grand old age of 28! (About 20 years after I first wanted to get them done!)
I never had them done as a kid because my parents were against it (non-biblical self-mutilation or something along those lines…) and my mum used to say “well you can do what you like when you’re 18” in a disapproving voice.
It’s really nice to finally have them done, and it makes a big difference, especially when my hair is up. I really like them. Can’t wait to start wearing (and making) fabulous earrings!

When I was a kid, my parents said I could get my ears pierced when I was 12. 12 came and my parents said no, wait til you’re 14. 14 came and they said no again. When I was 16 I got the top of my left ear pierced, and had it for a couple of years, then took it out. I want to get both my ears pierced just once. :) I’m 26, and for some reason still haven’t done it yet. Maybe next month. :)
I will get mine done, i will write once i have got them done, i am worried about the pain! Does it hurt??
the closest i ever got to this was when i was 8 years old my mom took me and my sister to go and get our ears pierced my sister was 5 at the time she went first and after hers i was just too nervous and chickened out then like a year ago i thought about it again and then i did nothing about it and i thought if i got my boyfriend to go with me i would be more braver but it never happened i never asked… so maybe this year now i am 20 i will do it :)
I have tried this and failed! three times. Every single time my ears get super irritated and puffy and red, and I finally have to give up and take the piercing out. I was talking to a couple of friends who are into piercing, and they both suggested I get it done at an actual piercing studio and not the piercing place in the mall.:) So I’m going to try that soon!
I love them :) they look so pretty. I’m so happy I did this. Now I just have to take care of them and make sure they don’t get infected for 8 weeks.
I’m getting them pierced on Wednesday! finally! I’m going with my sister, we both want to get it done :)
I’ll write how it went in a few days
