I’m always inside (usually at the computer, rather like now) which is neither healthy nor happy-making. It’s ridiculous that I spend so much time cooped up indoors given I already know how much better I feel when I’m outside. Maybe I will combine this goal with my exercise goal – biking in the summer and walking in the winter (except for those -43C days, sometimes you really do just need to be INSIDE)

I’m always inside, watching TV, sitting behind my computer, eating, doing nothing, I even always read inside. I want to be outside more, because it’s healthy and it feels stupid to be inside so much, because I feel like I’m missing out on something.
I’ve been eating lunch at the park. It really is a nice way to get away from work while spending time with coworkers. There is a wading pool for little kids, which is fun. Dogs, strolling people, workers on lunch break, and sleeping homeless people all hang out in the area. It’s nothing incredible, but it is really pleasant.
Actually this goal is working quite well for me at the moment because I’ve got a job putting flyers through people’s letterboxes for a few hours each day. Ok, so it’s mostly near the city centre and probably a bit polluted but it’s still good to be outside more! :)
I sat on the front porch for a while today to drink hot cocoa. I almost locked myself out. It was worth it, though.
maybe when i start running again. the weather has not really been bad at all. plus i actually like this goal its not really a to do. ill have to take myself up on it.
Meaganoff needs to get some sleep!
I’m addicted to sunshine. And I don’t even mind rain. And wow, fresh air? Yeah, I’m all over this one.

I’ve been doing pretty damn well on this one. Going out on weekends, taking the dog for walks (other dog deosn’t like it—he wants to be carried, ha ha), etc etc. I’ll keep it up a bit more before I mark this one off.
