as far as all counter surfaces extremely cleaned, at the time sink emptied and dishes washed and put up and then dishes accumulated in the meantime put in dishwasher, stove top extremely cleaned including those little burner pans.
‘extremely cleaned’ means deep cleaned, I suppose, or more attention paid to little details, which is something I had (needed) assistance to realize, and I was lucky that a friend kindly and tactfully helped me with these things.
I really can’t overemphasize enough how much I appreciate the kindness of others when it comes to matters typically considered ‘common sense’ ... I consider that my upbringing is typically regarded as disorganized and not entirely traditional, so common isn’t so common to me in some cases.. 5 months ago
I am on break now, so officially little excuse to not have a clean kitchen, yet at the same time not being so hard on myself that the whole thing backfires in my face. Attempted organization, see pic. Found a cleaning checklist online. 5 months ago
I was trying to get an assignment done, before the day it’s due even, so I got about half of the kitchen clean… and it was bad, let me tell you. Bad.
Just bad. not any bugs or moldy rotting food, but plenty of other empty containers and various things to throw away and lots of scrubbing of counter surfaces… but it looks much better. the stove and the counter and the sink still need a little help, but it’s much better than this morning… yay!
a little more cleaning and I might be there, as far as accomplishing this… but then the next goal would be to consistently keep the kitchen clean, if possible….. dot dot dot 5 months ago

Yesterday I gave the sink, refrigerator, and microwave a serious cleaning. Today it’s the stove, counters, and floor and then I will finally be able to mark this as FINISHED. 20 months ago

Floors and windows are clean, went though some of the cabinets and straighten them out, cleaned some things up. Just have to go through a few more cabinets then done. 21 months ago
