I’ve been doing really well doing this every day, even if i am sore. I am currently on day 24/30! I am definitely seeing a change in my body but i’ll write more about that when i finish this goal.

Its a workout video that you do 20 min/day, 7 days/week. I’m on day 4 right now. Not trying to lose weight, but I really want to be toned for summer!
