The second try was better. Now the result resembles yoghurt more. I used warmer milk and let the yoghurt ferment longer. It’s still a lot milder than what they sell, I don’t know how to change that. My friend says that home-made yoghurt just is like that.
Well I’m satisfied, I learned something new. I still haven’t figured out wether it’ll really be worth it to carry all the milk and started yoghurt from store compared to carrying the yoghurt itself. I know it’s cheaper and this way I get low-fat organic yoghurt witch they don’t sell here. So I guess it’s worth it.

Apparently I didn’t let the yoghurt ferment (?) long enough and I think the milk might not have been warm enough. So I’m trying to fix these two things next.

And the result wasn’t that bad. I still need to try a few different things to see if I could make better yoghurt.
