What can I say? Haha… :)
How to be shamelessly romantic
How I did it: When I feel an overcoming urgency to express how I feel, I write it down that second - later in love letter form - and keep it hidden for a later day when she really needs to read it. I touch her with every opportunity and smile at her when I think she is not looking (but she really is.) I insist that a cuddle is the cure to every shitty situation!
Lessons & tips: A little romance is sweet for catching your partner off-guard but too much makes the next move predictable. Cliche's aren't bad as long as you are genuine - if you take your partner out on a date to dinner and a movie with the mindset of 'I HAVE to do this to keep X romantically interested' it is painfully obvious.
Saying that, doing the cliche can also be interpreted as being lazy - so pay attention to what you partner likes and organise something special occasionally.
Don't forget what attracted you initially and why you're with your partner.
Ask yourself, what would you do if your partner died tomorrow?
