How I did it: Wren likes dogies. I hand-picked the pinkest and bulliest of the lot and set him loose upon her in a quiet moment. I hope she laughed and thought good, warm ratty thoughts. It was a good experience to send hugs and good cheer to my friend wren.
(I will also play "Seven Nation Army" in her honour for tomorrow's breakfast karaoke. Would anyone else care to share the stage?)

I just stopped by to give you a hug and a cheer.
Did you know that (according to my Reiki instructor) a person needs eight hugs a day to keep their aura the proper size? Otherwise, it apparently shrinks.
