Unpack all my boxes left over from the move (and throw stuff out!)

but I’m getting closer. I recently donated two boxes of stuff to the South Ottawa Porch Sale. All the money raised from the community sale goes to a Foundation that helps support grandmothers in Africa that are raising their grandchildren because their parents have died because of AIDS or war or what have you.

I’m so glad that I was able to help even a little bit with this event. There was lots of sorting and set up to be done and in the end they raised over $1600…from a YARD SALE!!

Well I managed to unpack three more boxes and two large rubbermaid containers. I got everything put away and a huge bag of garbage in the garage.

I’m getting there!

Two more boxes emptied….slowly but surely.

Well I started on saturday afternoon, but I got distracted and somehow managed to unpack two boxes halfway! So I suppose that’s like doing one whole box, lol.

I’m getting there.

I really have to get this done seeing as I am having company for the Easter long weekend and I need the spare room. Looks like this will be done (or almost done) as of tomorrow afternoon.

Man, have I got my work cut out for me!
