I’m LOVING the daily jog!!
I have been a little more flexible with this goal in terms of when and where I jog, and how far I go etc (the park is not viable every time – sometimes there is sports training, othertimes I just find it boring to run in circles) which is totally fine. I’ve found I don’t need such a strict guideline for motivation’s sake.
The jog and how I’ve felt since starting is motivation enough!
I feel stronger.
I feel cardiovascularly more tuned each time.
My thigh and calf muscles are getting pretty toned.
I can jog more consistently and for longer each time.
I feel energetic and empowered, and miss the jog when I don’t do it.
I have increased my weightloss over the time I’ve been jogging.
Great goal for me!
I can already jog far longer than just ‘once around the park non-stop’!

These past 2 days of ‘rest’ have been crap!
I miss the routine, the early rising, the structure!
My mindset took an immediate dive upon ending the 7am ‘habit’!
I will now begin again with the 7am rising and the new ‘morning jog’ challenge, from tomorrow.
Begin: 27th March
Finish: 17th April

I’ve decided to rest for a few days before starting this challenge.
I want to create a small space in between the recent completed challenge and this new one. For everything to settle, so to speak. Probably begin in few days.

For 21 days I will:
Get up at 7am
Walk (warm up) to Stuart St Reserve
Do 3 laps of the park
Walk (cool down) back home
Stretch at Riverwood Park
Because I am not used to jogging, I will begin by doing a run/walk and, as I build up fitness, I will walk less, run more with a view to jogging continuously for 3 laps. Not sure if I can achieve this over just 3 weeks, will have to see how it goes. I’d like to be able to jog continuously for at least ONE lap.
The goal is to do aerobic exercise everyday in order to lose weight.
The goal is to work up a sweat and a pant everyday.
The goal is to lose 3 kilos in 3 weeks.
NOTE: On Sundays I will NOT jog, rather just do a nature walk to Henry Lawson Bridge. I need one day of ‘rest’ for my body to recover.
Begin: ?? March
Finish: ?? April
