I cant beleive i typed this in. Anyway, i realised the best way to go about this is find the best feature about yourself and try to improve it.
personally i mostly gain weight on my stomache but the rest of my body is thin and lots of people compliment me on my legs and i never realised they were really that great. The the more i looked at them, i realsied they did have a pretty OK shape and weren’t fat nor skinney but just right. After that, i wanted them to get even sexier so instead of focusing on my negative stomache, i did leg excersizes and stuff.
I love my legs :D i also shaved them more ROFL20 months ago
