How I did it: I decided to renovate... this makes the home clean and you have no choice but declutter.
Well I chose modern colours like my living room is a kind of late colour and I have wooden flooring put in with new lights that match my black sofa and a fluffy white rug.
I will be adding aesthetics to make it feel a little homely but keep it minimalistic this way it will feel clean and uncluttered with a modern look and crisp feel and yet be comforting too.
