Faustus is in unfamiliar territory!
I made a list of the things I have to do and the things I want to do, and considering the weekly allotted time for each, I would need 26 hours per day to get them all done (it includes essentials such as eating and sleeping, but nothing else, not even yawning :)). Huh, no wonder I find myself constantly running out of time and having to drop things off my schedule to open some space for the things I have to do. I always thought running out of time was because I was doing something wrong!
I think I can do some multitasking to make my time more “efficient” (my TV time is the easiest slot for multitasking, but I still need more overlap to fit everything in a day).

Realizations

I realize that I can get more out of the day by making more concentrated efforts. Some of my goals echo others. This one is related to stressing needlessly. Also, I think I have difficulty to actually do things when the opportunity comes. Improving that would certainly help.

HallieBaby needs to spend less time setting goals and more time achieving them
Art, piano, guitar, singing, reading, school work, socialising, catching up on sleep!—I have mostly full days now =)

I wasted the whole day yesterday by being bored. I didn’t even do anything to make me un-bored: I couldn’t think of anything to do/didn’t fancy anything. Why didn’t I just do yoga??? God, I am crap!!!

I so need to do this more!!! I definately have stuff I need to be doing but don’t do, so why don’t I just do them???
1) Practice/play piano more – I reeeeeeeally NEED to get good.
2) Practice guitar – again, I want to get good to improve my general musicality.
3) Have a structured singing practice at least 4 times a week.
4) Read more.
5) Do my homework in the afternoon, not evening!
6) Have more me-time and self-maintenance time (manicures, face packs, beauty sleep etc)
7) Have more fun :D
Seriously! I am just wasting my evenings! God! I frustrate myself so badly.

It’s funny that when I have a day off I don’t know what to do with it. It usually goes to waste. It’s so hard to pick one thing and follow through with it. I’ll try to read more I guess, for starters.

I’ve come up with a to-do list format that really works for me. Flashcards! I write an item on each and I flip through them and pick one. Then I put the rest of the pile down and focus on the one. It’s not so intimidating this way. What would happen with lists on paper is that I’d look at it as a whole even though I knew I could only pick one thing at a time. I could not seem prioritize with all of the items staring at me at once. This flashcard thing works for me! I’ve got a little basket for the “done” cards and it is filling up quickly!
