Make a self portrait

My avatar is my self portrait, but I need to do a new one!

I want to take a self portrait that reflects and shows “me”, which is not much to look at but i want to show my personality. Typing this, i wonder i’m a narcisit? I don’t much fancy myself really, but i always feel alone and want to reach out to other people and to show this “me”.

Can a picture do it (honestly)? How much can I hide my ugliness? I’m a tough subject!

Art class assignment. Some people get really into them, but I could go without.

I already bought the canvas. It’s lying around somewhere probably in a box.
