I started to practice visualization and self identity Ho Oponopono. When I meditate I concentrate on my breathing (wave breathing) it is easy to do, starting by paying attention to how I breathe. Then I do a easy Yoga stretching routine as I meditate using visualization and self identity Ho Oponopono. This has been a great improvement in how I think about myself and others. It is so simple yet, so powerful.

This has helped me to tame my internal tiger and mental demons. I meditate before getting out of bed and do my Yoga and breathing for 5 to 10 minutes before leaving my bedroom. Some days I neglect to do it because of rush and stress. My day does not develop well afterwards, feeling tired, stressed out and mind not clear. I want to find a better way to meditate and do my Yoga and breathing practice. I know that discipline plays a big part.
