My skin is definately suffering due to a poor diet over the last few months. My aim is to eat fruit and veg with each meal and replacing sweet items with them.
Meal planning is definately the key and ensuring each meal is balanced. I have also ensured more fruit is in the house to take with me to work to replace chocolate. 2 years ago
