go to my senior prom

I’ve said it before and now after prom, I will definitely stick to it: GO TO PROM.

Even if you’ve never gone to a dance, or don’t really want to get hyped up about it, just go. I guarantee you will have fun.

HOWEVER, there is one thing to keep in mind: the night is what YOU make of it. Don’t let anything get in the way of having fun. Any small little detail, don’t make a big deal out of it. Just acknowledge it, and move on. It’s how I got through my prom. There will always be things to get in the way….drama, clothing problems, etc. But if you don’t let it get to you and just let yourself enjoy the night, you WILL enjoy it.

Honestly, prom was not the amazing night I had pictured as a little girl. It’s not magical…but I had a really good time. I definitely am glad I went to prom and I wouldn’t miss it.

I’m still not sure…=(.

it’s over with. I guess it was worth it? I don’t know… I had a really good time with my friends, but I sort of felt bad about my date… we didn’t really get along that well, and it was kind of awkward. My pictures didn’t come out that great either… but other than that, my friends and I had a blast, and the limo ride was totally worth it!
My advice is: don’t go with a date if you’re not sure you’re going to have fun with him/her… I think I would have had just as much/more fun if I didn’t have a date…after all that stressing about getting a date!! ha, oh well… I’m glad it’s over, and I got some great memories out of it.

blehhhh! so much stress and soooo much money! ahhhh well, hopefully it will be worth it…at this point I’m just looking forward to it all being over with!

my prom is in one week, on the 18th. And I have a date! He’s kind of a friend-of-a-friend, and we’re riding in the same limo anyway… neither of us had dates, so we decided to go together. Hopefully it will be a good time!

so I guess I’m kind of obligated to go now… I wish I had a date, though! Prom is in like a month, and I don’t have a date lined up… I don’t really have many guy friends, and they all have girlfriends/dates already… sigh
well, I’m excited about my dress anyway! hopefully it will be a great night.. with or without a date!

didnt go last year….something everyone should do, so ill have to go this year..get drunk and have fun.

i actually had fun at this prom! i’ve never had fun at one before, but i really had a good time.

prom was one of the best nigths of my life.
we danced until 5am, went to a friends house and continued partying
my date was cute, everythng was perfect
