    I went to see my specialist and as a result of my jazzercise (I LOVE JAZZERCISE) which I have been doing 4x per week (recently increased to 5x per week) and some minor changes to my diet (no salt, mostly) my blood pressure is back to normal and I no longer need medication. YAHOOOO!!!!!!

    That was a great, wonderful day when I got that news!!

    I have high blood pressure. I’m 36 and have been put on meds. My older brother was put on meds for his blood pressure at 35 and had a minor stroke at 40. Not too freaky! My dad has also very recently been diagnosed with “serious heart disease”.

    So, I have started to watch my diet more closely and have recently (6 months ago) taken up Jazzercise! What a riot that is! I seriously recommend it for anyone who is totally bored with the gym. I feel so much better and people have started to recently comment about the fact that my body shape has changed (for the better!).

    The dietary changes that I’ve made are really just to focus more on real food and try to avoid lengthy ingredient lists. Natural good… chemicals bad…
