I started 2 weeks ago. I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical, stretched and did some abs one day. When I had limited time on the other days I did Exercise TV (amazing btw). I did several of this workouts so it must have been more than 3 days. I did the Bridal Abcession – I remember it because it was probably the most intense ab workout I have done in a while.
This week I got a good workout at the camp I volunteered for. ON Tuesday I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical then did some weights. Went bowling on Wednesday, if you count that. Yesterday I lifted weights and played basketball with my fiance.
I think we are going to rent bikes and go on the climbing wall next! Hopefully I can continue in this way!

Since I planned my schedule, I decided I’ll go to the gyn on wednesdays, thursdays and fridays. Sounds like a good plan, I NEED to stick with it if I want to lose the weight I want and if I want to get healthier.
Ah, and I bought better gym clothes. I was tired of looking like The Simpson’s cat lady!

I usually set this goal as a new years resolution, this is the stage where it fails. I can usually do 3 times a week, but once exams come in or I’m overloaded with projects, I break it. It becomes one a week to none. The shame is I love the natural high from exercising and being active. I need to work on keeping it routine.

just to update. I’ve been able to maintain this goal up to this point. I can’t wait for it to get warm out so I can go running again!

I’ve worked out two days this week and it’s only Wednesday. Yay! I think I’ll be able to work out Friday and/or Saturday too. If I do this for 4 weeks in a row I will consider this goal met.

with such a hectic schedule, it’s easy to say “i don’t have time”... but that’s why i’m listing it here!! I can’t keep putting this off for later, when i have “more time” because that’s really defeating the purpose of my goal. I want to be able to keep my workout schedule while still being a normally-functioning person.

For about two weeks now, I’ve been working out at least 4 days a week for an hour. I also do yoga ervyday before I go to bed. I’ve been trying to lose weight, but in the end I’ve actually been gaining weight. I need to probably do a detox.

This so has not happened yet. In my defense I have been tired for a month. I feel like I never have energy. I’m really not sure if I’m really tired or depressed. Probably both. I don’t know. Probably exercise would help both of these problems. -Fatigue and depression. Logically I know this, but I’m still struggling with making myslef do things that I don’t feel like doing. Am I still such an adolescent at nearly 27?
