get back in school

I just need to write the letter. Financial Aid appeal, then I would have done my part. I know what I want now. Now, I just have to have the courage to push the ball down the hill.

I’ve been back in since February, and those 9 week semesters go fast! My finals are due on Tuesday (and I should be working on one right now!!)

Can’t wait to get signed up for my next classes… must call my adviser tomorrow.

Sometimes its kind of a bummer not being able to just relax and hang out after work… but I need to finish my degree. It will pay off in the long run.

Finally got all my ‘scripts together, and I’m starting on the 25th!

I recently completed my AA, and decided to switch schools for my Bachelors. I’ve spent the last 3 months trying to get all my transcripts together. I’ve attended 5 different schools (I’m in the military) and UMUC Europe still has not responded to my numerous requests.

I’m extremely frustrated!!!

I was told I have to get back in school either this December, February 09, or June 09 before I have to start the program completely over. That’s not going to happen. Last week, I filled out the readmission form and faxed it, but I guess it was not received. I will mail it off today. I have spoken with some advisors and I am really looking forward to getting this done. Another step closer to PhD is always good.

I can not get back in school until I pay my balance and pay for the following term. I am on academic probation and it will take about $10000 for me to actuall get back in. I don’t want to have financial aid due to having too much of that now. Eventhough its good debt, it is still debt I don’t want. My objective is to get back in school by fall 09. My money will certainly have to be in order.

ugh… i really suck

so i’ve narrowed it down to four schools…

i called them all and have appointments to see them all…

tomorrow i’m going up to Flint to check out one…

the one that i like the most is about 10 hours away from me…

i’m not going to visit them now… but maybe this summer i’ll go up there…

they have a super cool program and they also offer school in thailand to study Thai massage…

but i’ll keep my options open…

the one that is closes to me is also the most expensive lus they don’t touch too much on Eastern Massage…

ok… task for next time is to reasearch all four school very well…

whcih means visiting them and reading all their information…

ok… did my research today and narrowed it down to five schools in michigan…

next steps is to come up with a list of questions i want to ask each school…

well the truth is that i’m really scared about going back to school… because i still don’t know what the hell i want to do…

nothing is hitting me…

yes… massage school… but is this really what i want?

what if there is something else that i like better… or that i’m more natural at…

i’m truly terrified that I’ll never figure out what i’m supposed to do on this earth…

i get bored of things super fast… and my interest changes daily…

how do people figure out this stuff… and are people truly happy with what they end up with?

not sure… i think that i’m just afraid of doing bad in massage school… and i just need to go forward with it…

and… if i don’t like it… well… i can do something else…

i just need to try… cause I’ll never know if i don’t try…

ok… goal is to fill out the application for the school here before i come back here in a week…
