take a stripper aerobics class

i couldnt be more excited i have never done anything like this and i am pretty burned out on the routine of the gym…so i am excited for this new mix of things

I heard Jeff Costa’s Cardio Strip Tease is good. I’m gonna get it soon I’ll keep ya posted!

This will be one that I start on after the weight loss. I just think it sounds fun and what a healthy work out for me and my husband:).
