we always blame our lack of self esteem on others.abusive boyfriends, jealous friends, disfunctional families, the whole world, for that matter. but i know that we are the ones to blame.for letting others tell us how to feel about ourselves, for letting our peers distort our own personal image.self esteem doesn’t come with make.overs and make.up and nice boyfriends.those things are all false, covering what we trully are.all of us have a certain beauty, on the way we talk, the way we walk, the way we express ourselves.until we acknowledge that, we’ll always feel inferior because we are always comparing ourselves.you should compare yourself to no one.you are trully unique even if the whole world tells you you’re not pretty enough or smart enough.you have worth but no one can show you who you are except for you.
