So I’m really trying to reinvigorate this goal. It’s super important with my training and my early rising for swimming at least 2x a week goal. Also, running in the morning when it’s only 70 degrees is the way to go in Texas in the summer. That way I can get home in the evenings and work on my art. I think this is a good plan to start focusing completely on working out in the mornings. Anyway, so the past two nights…
Last night I went to bed at 10:30…was kept awake by a phonecall from the family.
The night before, I went to bed at CAN YOU BELIEVE IT 9:30. I think I went to sleep quite a bit later, though…regardless, still good progress.
We’ll see what I do tonight.

and I was unable to wake up at 6:30. Mornings are becoming less and less manageable for me. I’m staying up too late. Last night I was motivated to clean and I though well I’d better clean if I have the energy now and so I stayed up late.
I also napped a lot yesterday.
And the day before.

So I got to bed at 10:28 last night. I still wanted to sleep in until 7:30. Hopefully when I can actually get to bed by 10 I will be able to wake up at 6:30 like I want to.
Every day I am making progress toward getting to bed earlier, so I’m trying to stay positive with this goal.
