    Trying to stick with it 4 months ago

    I bought Yourself Fitness about two weeks ago and I’m trying to get used to doing it often. Saturday and Sunday workouts are hard to do, but I only alloted myself 15 minutes for those days. 15 minutes in the morning or evening isn’t hard to do, right? But Real Life™ gets in the way! At least I’m consistent during the week.

    I’ve got two more workouts and then there’s a fitness test! I wonder how I’ll do. So far, I’ve lost inches (yay), no weight loss yet (boo). I’m sure the weight will drop soon.

    I’m not sticking to this, the way I should be, but I am working on it. I haven’t been doing the F and S work outs, but have been keeping up with the M and W ones. Yesterday I did 30 minutes instead of 15 because it was flexibility, which is not too hard for me. I need to remember how good this makes me feel and hold onto that and focus on that, rather than how much work it is to make progress with the weight.

    I really need to get back into some kind of shape. I’ve set up my schedule to be mwf for 15 minutes and s for 30 minutes. so far, I’ve done 15 minutes last friday, and 15 minutes wed. I think I’m on track now, and can stick to the schedule this week.
