STEPS TO RECREATING MY ROOM
1 Repaint walls with pure white paint.
2 Measure height of half-wall panel and paint (bold color- or keep white) a little past the mark.
3 Attach half-wall panels and door knobs.
4 Whiten window and the sill.
5 Attach window shade.
6 Spray paint furniture outside…
7 In comes the furniture to my room.
7 Add minor furniture (bed spread, lamp, etc).
8 Add accessories.
9 Voila!

I absolutely

want to DIY my room! Not completely but some parts, yes. My parents are definitely not going to allow me to paint my walls, so I’m keeping them white. But that’s okay because it makes the room look bigger and clean…
I’m thinking of first, screwing a shelf next to my bed. It’s not like a bookshelf with multiple boards. Mine has only board, and it’s white and very simple. I plan on buying a giraffe statue and type of letter statue (K, I, and M or one big K) to post up on it.
Second, having a clothings-line-type bulletin board. See, it’s similar to a bulletin board by being able to post stuff on it, but instead of it being made of cork material, it’s simply a frame with rows of string attached to it. Clip paper/photos/etc. with pins or whatever, and there you go! It’s so easy.

my dream room. If I changed the colors a bit, it would be perfect. Ah, I love Pottery Barn furniture! (But it’s so expensive…)
