I’m back to shredding, haha. It’s a great little workout but so short that it’s hard to make excuses. Also, it totally made a difference once I did it in the month of March (for less than 20 days!). Took my ‘before’ pictures on 4/18 and my weight according to a new scale was 113.

I went down to the hotel gym and did lots of strength training mixed with cardio (jogs/walks/cross-ramp thingy). It was a nice little workout and took less than an hour and was quite relaxing. Might go back down again in a bit.

WALKING like never before in my life. 21st I’d say about 5-7 miles. 22nd was about 12 miles all up and down the streets of Manhattan—no cabbing it for us! I was really surprised by my endurance and never got tired while my BF actually did. I told him it must be because I exercise now. ;) 23rd I only walked about 3 miles and it was freezing and windy!!! Yay for being in a walking city, no?!?

WALKING, and tons of it, for me at least. I’m in Manhattan and yesterday went walking I’d say for 5-6 miles which is kind of a lot to me (can’t you tell, I only do 25 min. workouts?!?). I had a ton of energy though and could have very well done The Shred but with friends and family around I just wanted to enjoy time with them. :)

Ok so not your typical, standard workout today, but I did go shopping for 3 & 1/2 hours after work and it was not leisurely shopping people! Haha!

Day 18 of the 30 Day Shred…so did not want to workout but after i did i felt accomplished! just have to remind myself of the end goal. ;) oh and i think i am developing muscle/tone in my back & abs which is oh so very exciting!
also just checked the calendar and if i workout for 120 days i should be finished by july 3rd (i believe) and that’s not too crazy off!). i forgot that i WILL be on a road trip for at least 3 days and during that time i may not be able to get in a full workout but i am going to keep trekking on and not be hard on myself. it really is about incorporating something small into your daily activity. i feel like i can’t say no to a workout that’s only 25 minutes.
