How I did it: I followed the 6 week program, wrote the sets in a little notebook and gave my self the whole week to get it done, for exsample if you were to start now put 9/24/09 to 10/4/09 so that way you won't feel bad if you don't do them for 3 days straight in a row. Lessons & tips: don't do them everyday, maybe every other day, I never did them on Sunday. stay with the program and you will be able to do it 2. If I can do it anyone can do it. How I did it: it was ok till i reached 120...but then each squat was become tougher and tougher. But, I was determined and mental state helps. I initially started with doing sets of 30 each of around 3-4 sets. And then steadily increased the number of reps in each set and about 100 were not so hard in one set. But increasing reps from there is crucial. Have faith, that's it :) Read how I did it…

I did the initial test and I got 19, I’m pretty sure that’s sad being that I’m only 19 myself. But they say don’t worry about that so much. And I’m not going too. I also joined SparkPeople, another one of my goals. It’s very motivating. I’m so happy right now, I wish I could feel this way forever!
